Hotel is lovely .
Hotel is lovely . You can see that it was once a very regal place and is slightly dated but for me that added the history of the hotel and its features . Loved it . The bed was lovely and no surrounding noises . Great location from the train station and as always as this is my second visit , the staff were lovely ( again )

The best City I've visited in U.K. So much to see and do.
The best City I've visited in U.K. So much to see and do. The Western approaches WWII Museum, is a must visit. A couple of hours learning about Luftwaffes bombing targets of Liverpool, The operations room, The Admirals office, the Wrens area and Churchill's bath.
Visit the world famous Royal Liver building and take the guided tower tour, the panoramic view across the City, 360degree views are amazing.

We arrived by train and found we were able to access all of the main attractions on foot and by using the buses.

If you want a weekend in a city where everyone from the area...
If you want a weekend in a city where everyone from the area is kind and polite then Liverpool is the place to go. There is excellent nightlife with live music every night and great places to eat. The central area is walkable even from the train station to Albert Dock with lots inbetween.
Jacob on Reception was very informative with a good introduction to where is best to visit whilst in Liverpool. The cost of the hotel stay was very good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the shops and Albert Docks. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed pulls out to be 2 single beds which you have to throw sheets on to make up the bed ready to sleep and then a double bed is already made up. Our room had a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer machine.
This is a very nice apartment located close to Liverpool city centre, shops and Albert Dock. Car parking is available a short walk away and can be arranged by the host. it was well appointed with good quality items and had a box in the shower room with easily forgotten extras like toothpaste, deodorant and sanitary goods. It was clean and well decorated. Access was via a coded lock into the building and then an electronic door lock activated by your smartphone.
Best hostel in Liverpool. Cheap. Clean. Comfortable. Staff are always lovely and now recognise me when I turn up. Hostel room I had didn’t have bunks. Extra bonus, no concussion 😂. Each bed has a plug and a lamp, other guests in room were friendly.
wish they had places on Saturday as the hotel I picked wasn’t half as nice as this one.
Close to city centre right near Bold street. Perfect for me as I stay here for gigs and shows.
Defo will be back.
Best thing about the hotel was the 2 (bald/balding) men on the front desk & the guy behind the bar! (Sorry I forgot their names) They were very helpful staff (first time in Liverpool and they helped us with things to do near or around the city centre, best places to eat etc) one of the guys from the front desk helped direct us to where the best parking was and the other guy at Reception was a great laugh and had good banter
The hotel was everything we wished for - value for money, next to Liverpool Lime Street railway station and all the sights and conveniences of the city centre, comfortable and quite spacious rooms, good bed, warm service from Kat and her colleagues (much better than other IHG hotels we stayed at).
Didn't try the breakfast, but the price is very reasonable if you book it ahead of time.
A lovely stroll away to Albert Docks and the amenities in Liverpool City Centre. Being slightly East of the City Centre allows for a smooth entry/exit to the M62. Quiet location. Rooms cleaned daily and tea/coffee/biscoff topped up, which is not often found in the tourism industry. More than likely to use the hotel again for future visits to Liverpool.
Very clean, modern property in a great location. Very good communication from 80 by Elite making checking in and out Very easy.
Beds were very comfortable, bathroom lovely! Wifi worked well for us no issues at all.
No noise issues for us - even being close to the city centre.
Location good - walking distance to Liverpool One and Albert Docks.
Everything is damn good! The location is pretty awesome, just a few minutes from a lot of pubs, including the iconic The Cavern. But you can find the best pint of Guinness just downstairs, in the pub just outside the hotel.
The hotel is cozy and good and so does the staff. If you want to stay in the hearth of Liverpool, stay in this hotel.
It was a great location. I liked that it was a 1 minute walk from Anfield Park and it was easy to get buses into the city centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful as were all the Liverpudlians that we met. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and you could park in the front driveway
Characterful old hotel within easy walking distance of Lime Street Station, city centre, docks and different cultural locations.
Single bedroom with shower quite small, but well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Quite quiet, despite being on one of main roads into city, as on a hill.
Our room was very spacious clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The hotel was very well situated in the heart of the city centre. Very close to the Albert Docks and lots of entertainment. There was a large Wetherspoons pub just around the corner which i am all way's happy about.
Hotel was a short walk to the main docks and about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Room was spotless and quite big which was good. Staff were welcoming upon arrival ! Overall would recommend for an overnight stay.
Modern, convenient for Albert docks and city centre. Comfortable bed and accommodating for our daughter who had a double signed in room. Good parking facility underneath hotel. Good breakfast in morning.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were also really friendly and helpful. The hotel is close, walking distance, to the city centre, Liverpool One and the docks.
